My Declartion
Since I have chosen to make the Word of God the first and final authority in my life, I choose to be a woman of God, not a woman of this culture or man's doctrines of this day. I submit my life entirely to the Word and will of God. I choose to be a lover of Truth, the whole truth of God's word and nothing but the truth. From Genesis to Revelation, I choose to believe God's entire word and seek out knowledge, understanding and wisdom concerning His Word and His Ways. Both in those things that are easy to believe and those things which my flesh wants to discard as too hard or not for today. I choose to walk in love with ALL men. I owe no man anything except to love him. Regardless of their way of living and their belief systems, the love of God compels and I choose to reach out to each one with God's love and point them to Christ and the finished work of the cross. If it costs me time and much effort to win them to Christ, I commit myself to the work.
I choose to pray without ceasing. Not for my will or desire, but as Jesus instructed, "Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." I pray for all men to come to the knowledge of Christ and for those in authority that we may live a life of peace.
I choose to love my enemies. I pray for my enemies, I bless my enemies; those who despitefully use me, those who wrongfully accuse me, those who speak evil of me. I speak blessings over them. I speak peace to them in every way.
I choose to communicate in a godly manner. I set a guard at my mouth that no vile thing will proceed from my lips. Let the meditations of my heart and the words of my mouth be pleasing in His sight. I guard my mind from ungodly forces and choose the ways of God rather than the ways of the world.
I choose to walk in faith. I read the Word of God. I listen to the Word of God, and walk by faith in the Word of God, ignoring the loud voices who exalt themselves above the knowledge of God. I do not live by what I see or feel, I live by faith in God alone.
I choose to walk according to the Spirit. Nothing is impossible with God. All things are possible to him who believes. I believe God. Not only is Christ able but He is willing to heal, restore, and raise the dead.
I choose to know God by intimate heartfelt relationship and therefore I am a friend to Him. He even calls me friend. Those who know their God will do mighty exploits in His name. I believe I will pray for the sick and they will recover. I believe that through the name of Jesus and faith of believers the dead can be raised back to life.
I choose to dwell in His presence. Whether by prayer or worship, I seek after, pursue, and inquire of the Lord all the days of my life. I am thirsty for more, and I will relinquish, surrender, and allow whatever purging is necessary in my heart and mind to take place so that I can have and experience as much of His presence as I can contain.
I choose to Grow. I choose to let die what needs to die so that I can be closer to God. I will not allow stagnant or complacent attitudes to take root in my heart.
I choose to walk in submission and humility. I acknowledge God as my Father and the Creator of the Universe. I acknowledge the headship of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life. I acknowledge my husband as head over me and therefore a covering of peace and love who helps to guide the future of our family and my personal footsteps. I acknowledge in every other relationship whether employment, government, church, ministry or community that those who God has placed over me in authority are there for my safety and therefore whether good or evil as long as I walk uprightly toward them, honoring them in all things I will be blessed!!
Therefore I rest in Him, having full faith and assurance that Jesus is the Author and Finisher of my faith. His Holy Spirit, who is the spirit of Truth, will lead, guide, comfort, and keep me in peace as my heart and mind are stayed on Him. This is a place that I will not allow anything or anyone to root me out of or entice me to otherwise go in a different path. This is my life, not by fear or intimidation, but by choice.

In HIS love,
